Interesting character! I like that you designed a weapon for her. Her outfit is super cute! Hmmm a name for her.. maybe Twinkle Lee? LOL or Estrella (spanish for star) pronounced es-tre-ya or maybe Comet or Hoshiko (japanese for star child) ....
